What We Experienced…
“When you say that you will go wherever God wants you to be, you have to mean it!
He not only called our team to be a light in Hungary, but to teach and stretch us individually as well as a team.
Working along side the people of Hungary meant so much to both them and us. They are always in my prayers just as the future missions teams will be.”

“Spring Break in Hungary! Wow! What an experience! I have been looking forward to this trip for over a year and can’t believe that is suddenly over…What did I expect from this trip? I’m not entirely sure, but I do know one thing that I did not expect to happen on this trip…
I never expected to fall in love with an entire church congregation in just one short week. I never expected to feel so attached to such amazing people, especially since I did not speak their language. I’ve been a number of places, but never has good-bye been so hard for me. I really don’t have the words to fully express how I felt that day-or even today…but as Re’ko, the pastor’s daughter, said “we will see each other again someday in heaven.”
I miss so many things…I miss hearing the Hungarian language and learning new words. I miss the laughter and music we shared with our new friends. This trip will always bring precious memories for me. The many people we met at the church, the school, and even the Panzio are-and will be-in my prayers.
And maybe next year I will be able to return…”
